As mentioned in previous posts, we used to play StepMania during our OJT days and up until now, I am still addicted to it.
StepMania is a free dance and rhythm game for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It features 3D graphics, keyboard and “dance pad” support, and an editor for creating your own steps.
It’s like Dance Revolution but this time, you use your fingers to do the steps. Yes, like O2Jam and iDate but this one’s not online. It can be played on a PC even without internet connection. Songs are downloadable on the StepMania website as well and there are other people who make their own steps which are also downloadable. And since I copied the game from Donna, most of the songs installed in my StepMania are anime songs which I find very catchy to play. I also downloaded KPop songs and already A-ed those by Super Junior. :”>
It’s easy to play and the controls are customizable so you don’t have to worry about that uneasy feeling of using the arrow keys. I use keys Z,X,(,) and (.) for mine because it is more convenient for me. It can be played by two players also so you can have a friend play your favorite songs in it!
Speaking of favorite songs, I have established mine and those were Kane wo Narashite, Forever We Can Make it and Hitosashiyubi Quiet. I like fast songs though I am still a beginner that’s why I only master the Easy 3 ones.
