I have always been amazed about how wrestler’s maintain their fitness because for an ordinary person like me, even a regular diet is very hard to do. I am thinking if they have like their own defense soap or something? Yeah, I know it’s random. The thought just came to me actually because I overheard my brother and my sister’s boyfriend talking about some wrestlers whom I don’t have any idea about and they mentioned some weird habits of those.
